Alternative power plants - its time

Lets discuss about wind-diesel power plants

Just as this time 22:01:32  iv'e just got back to my computer after the local distribution company ceneco flipped the switch backed on after 2-3 hours of so called "unscheduled" power interruption.

they just have so much reasons to point out but still we bacolod otakus now have on thing to say, were really getting more and more power demanding.. and the local generating systems here in negros is not supplying sufficient power required to power up the local grid, think its time we need some alternatives...
